Day to Day January 31st....

You had a rough night last night. We put you to bed about 10:00 and you woke up at 11:30 or so crying so Mommy went in and picked you up and rocked with you and then you woke up about 1:30 for your bottle and then it seemed like every hour after that you were up. You woke up hungry again at about 6:45 so Daddy got up with you then. You went back to sleep and slept until 9:00. The last few nights you have decided to move around in your crib a lot. I have found you side ways and completely turned around. I caught you the other night talking to yourself right after I put you to bed and when I went in to check on you, you had moved yourself over to pull your burp cloth down and were playing with it. I said what are you doing and you just looked up at me with the biggest grin it was pretty cute!

Mommy went for her hair appointment while Daddy played with you and then we went into town to run some errands and you slept most of the time then got hungry so we came home and fed you. You rolled over onto your belly and then back onto your back. You did it all by yourself. It won't be long before you figure out how to get around by rolling then crawling!

Daddy made you some apple sauce with his Magic Bullet food processor. You loved it. I caught you on video. You were so cute. You even made your little rolling 'r' little giggle while I was recording you. :)




Daddy put you on his shoulders to play today you liked to grab onto his head and giggle.

Day to Day January 30th...

Daddy has been gone since Thursday and he got home today! You were so cute when you saw him for the first time.


You didn't want Mommy to hold you only Daddy. You missed your Daddy!

Day to Day January 29th...

Today we went to church and you found your favorite babysitter, Pop. He put you to sleep during sacrament mtg. You love him!
We spent the day hanging out with Daddy still gone on his guys snowmobile trip.

You had a little bit of a rough day you didn't really nap. We have left one hand out of your little bundle at nights so you can start getting used to not sleeping like a little burrito.

Day to Day January 28th...

Today you were up at 7am so we ate cereal and you played in your bouncer while mommy straightened up the house a little bit and got your room cleaned up and organized you have graduated into the 6month size of clothes. You are growing up so fast :)
We went for a ride with Tucker and went to the store to pick up somethings for mommy's Young Women's activity tonight. You just wanted to be held all day it was hard to try and paint things with you trying to help but it was cute. You went and hung out with all the girls and where pretty good until it was past your bed time. You had a nice long bath tonight you love being down to just your diaper.




We sent a hello video to Daddy to!



We called to talk to Daddy after your bath and you grinned from ear to ear to hear him on speaker phone but then after a few minutes of looking around for him you couldn't figure out where he was so you started to cry. It was cute and sad at the same time. Daddy said take me off speaker that makes me sad.

Day to Day January 27th...

We went for a girls play day today. We picked up Grandma (G-Ma) Young on our way down to start the day around 11:30. We went to Mommy's old work Wasatch OB to see her friends and Dr. Jiricko. You were soooo cute! You showed off for everyone with big smiles. We stopped and Aunt Stacey showed you off to her work friends to. :)

We went and picked up Grandma Hendrix and Aunt Jayci to play some more. We went and ate at Zuppa's one of mommy's favorite places to eat. We went to Zurcher's and TJ Maxx and Children's Place and Gap and finished shopping around 7pm you were so good all day. You started making the cutest little giggling noise like when we roll our r's it is to cute. I will try to record you doing it soon. :)

Day to Day January 23-26...

We had a good week you were pretty good, getting over the fussiness a little bit. We are trying to switch you back to the gentlease formula instead of nutramegin. You are doing good so far. Hopefully you continue to :)
You went to Nan's for the day and then we went to Sam's club with Daddy. You slept while we shopped. Dad and Mommy should never go shopping with an empty stomach.
Tuesday we spent the day cleaning the house. Then Daddy watched you while mommy worked on Young Women's stuff.
Mommy found lots of fun hair stuff for your cute little head :) Hope you get your hair growing very soon. It is starting to grow in where you lost it from rubbing your head while you sleep.


We will attempt to make some of these and see how they turn out. :)

Daddy watched you for the day on Wednesday. We spent the night and played while daddy went to basketball with the elders quorum.

Daddy left for his snowmobile trip with the guys on Thursday night so we spent our first weekend starting today just the two of us.

Day to Day January 21/22...

Today we went down to Grandma and Grandpa Hendrix's while Daddy went and helped your Uncle Ladd work on his house. We had a party for Grandpa's birthday with everyone, all your cousins and your aunts and uncles. Daddy got called out to plow snow and we stayed at grandma and grandpa's house for the night. You were pretty good and you went to sleep really good. Grandma got to hear you sing with Mommy tonight. It was really cute. You woke up at 1:30 and again at 6:00. We played with grandpa he had to be up for a church mtg. Daddy plowed until 6:00 and we went home and we got ready for church and went while daddy slept.
We spent the afternoon at Aunt Lori and Uncle Steve's house watch the 49er's game. You were pretty entertaining yourself.

Day to Day January 19th/20th...

Today you are 5 months! You are getting so big so fast! Daddy watched you today and went down to visit Grandma and Grandpa Charlton. You were asleep when he left for a few hours to work and you woke up and got a little scared because you didn't know where you were. You were only fussy for about 15 minutes though and you warmed up to them. Grandma started asking you where Tucker was and you started looking around for him. You are so smart. When Mommy got home we got ready to go to dad's church b-ball game but when we got to the church the Stake President cancelled the games because of all the rain in the last few days and it flooded out the main road in Wellsville. We got you all dressed up to watch TV with dad :)




January 20th...
Today we went and visited G-Ma and G-Pa as your Dad nicknamed them :)
We had to take a different route through Tremonton for Daddy's work. On our drive we found some strange things. In a field there was a Zebra, Camel and a cross between a Zebra and a Horse! It was really cool we had to stop and take pics.

Day to Day January recap...

I have been slacking and busy so I haven't gotten to post much lately, I'm going to try and update you on what has been happening. Here goes....

Monday January 16th...
You went to Nan's for the day while Mom and Daddy worked. We hung out and watched Castle and got you ready for bed. You are starting to sing with mommy when I'm putting you to bed. We sing I am a Child of God and Families are Forever. It is really cute.
Grandma Hendrix says that when you are 16 and trying out for American Idol you can tell them you started singing when you were 5 months old.

Tuesday January 17th...
We hung out for the day and cleaned the house and did laundry and stayed in our PJs all day. You played with Daddy while mom went to Young Women's and ice skated, which I haven't done in years!!




Wednesday January 18th...
Today Mommy had to work and you went to Nan's again. You were soooo good for her. The older you get the better you get. Your not as fussy and your play on your back a lot more and talk to everyone. You love men... you love it when both your grandpa's talk and your uncles too. You also really like kids. Almost any little kid can make you laugh just but smiling at your and talking to you. You Love your cousins Kelich and Kinsley especially...Probably because they are really silly!
We hung out and watched American Idol while Daddy went to play basketball. You were just chilling on my lap for most of it. :)

Day to Day January 15th...

We cleaned up the cabin and came home today. You slept almost the whole way home and played the rest of the way with your taggie. You did awesome! It was a nice calm ride home! Much better then on the way to the cabin. You love your new glow worm.
You are starting to move around a little bit more on the ground. You've figured out how to move yourself in a circle by rolling back and forth on your side and you end up moving all around own your blanket.

Day to Day January 14th...

You had a rough night last night, I think it is because you weren't in your own crib at home. You woke up several times in the night. We were hanging out at the cabin and everyone got bored so we took a drive into Rexburg for something to do and stopped at the DI. Mommy found you a big soft teddy bear and a glow worm! $2.50. You love them both :) Best deal!

Day to Day January 13...

We went to the family cabin with Layne and Katie and the kids this weekend. It was pretty fun! Not much snow but nice to get away.

You didn't do to well on the ride up Mommy had to sit with you in the back seat while Tucker enjoyed the front. You slept for part of it but you didn't want to be in your car seat at all.

Day to Day January 11th...

My what a happy girl you are first thing in the morning and all dressed for the day :) You went to Paula's (Nans) for the day. You are getting better at not being home but I think it will take some time.

Day to Day January 10th...

Today Mommy cleaned the house while you just wanted to be held. You had some rice cereal from a spoon for breakfast and your usually 6 oz bottles as well. You are really getting the hang of rolling over you don't even hesitate anymore. I sat you up to see how long you would sit on the couch by yourself and you did really well without tipping to one side or the other for a while.

Day to Day January 8th...

We went to church this morning and then we went and visit G-Ma and G-Pa in the afternoon. You were so cute and played with them. We then went home and watched "Once Upon a Time" Good show!

You had some more baby food, this time we tried sweet potato's. You love them. I couldn't resist taking a picture of your cute little feet sticking out and wiggling your little toes under your bumbo tray!

Day to Day January 7th...

Today was your cousin Kelich's baptism so we all got together for this special day.

You didn't want to let Mommy get ready to leave you were fussy the whole time and I had to hurry so I could pick you up. We went and visited Mommy's friend Diana and her 2 girls Brinlee and Taylee to see there new house in Paradise! Yippee more friends that live close!

Then we fed you some more baby food you are really starting to like it.

Day to Day January 6th...
