30 Weeks and counting!!! :)

I have reached 30 weeks and counting down. It seems like it was just yesterday that we found out we were expecting a little bundle of joy... some days anyway! Some days it feels like so long ago that we found out. We are sooooo excited!!! We are working on a lot of projects to keep busy and to get done before this little one comes. We refinished and painted the crib and are working on a gorgeous dress my parents found for us to repaint. Lonnie has put up bead board in the nursery and we are going to be able to start painting it soon. I painted a sample on the wall and I am really excited to get all of this to come together. I have so many ideas in my head for decorating this nursery hopefully they all come together and mesh and not look like a jumbled mess :) I will post updates on the room shortly.

Spring/Summer Beauty!!

I love the beauty of a simple flower!! My sweet husband told me that I needed to take a trip up to their gravel pit in Smithfield. He said I would be interested in taking pictures of the flowers in the field up towards the mountains. He was right it was gorgeous!! Good thinking!!!
