UPDATE....This crazy life!!!

So I'm in the middle of doing a clean up on my computer and I'm not able to post pictures this post but I will hopefully get to that this week. 
We are in the middle of planning your one year birthday Miss Kennadee!!!  I can't believe it has already been a year!!! 
You have started to eat big people food.  You want to eat what we are eating now and not your baby food.  It is cute and frustrating at the same time.  You are at least wanting to try everything.  Right now you like dill pickles, grapes, bread, and chicken nuggets, oh and you like Mac 'n' Cheese to. :)  We tried hot dogs yesterday and you were okay with them but they were not your favorite.  Dad made some apricot nectar, g-pa and g-ma's specialty and you love love love it!!  You smake your lips and make your little cooing sound everytime you take a sip of it.  You can't get enough of it!!  You make your little cooing sound whenever you really like something you are eating  it is pretty cute!!  That is how we know it is a good choice for you.  
You are really getting the hang of walking now.  You took off yesterday and were walking all over the place.  You get super excited when you make it to your destination.  You are becoming a Daddy's girl more and more,  if Daddy is home you don't want Mommy! 

We took you to the Cache County Fair this weekend and you loved all the animals.  Except the chickens, you aren't to fond of them, one pecked at your shoe and you didn't really like that much.  You loved the baby pigmee goats it was cute,  you talked to them for a little bit.  
You had another little cousin come into the family on 7.27.12  Conlee Jane Hendrix. 7lbs 1oz 19 inches long.  She weighed one ounce more than you and was 1/2 inch shorter.  She is really cute.  You guys will be such good friends. 
We also found out about 6 weeks ago that you will be a big sister!!  You aren't sure what that means I know but you will shortly!  I've been trying to teach you to say baby and touch mommy's belly but you just look at me like I'm crazy it's pretty funny!
We haven't been doing much for the summer just watching you grow and working.  You are really getting into your personality.  Your Dad thinks you are going to be a comedian.  You love to entertain people.  You have to make sure if there are people around that they are watching you before you do something.

Your first Demolition Derby!

You were having fun going down the row of family and friends so everyone could see you and talk to you and play with you.

You didn't really pay much attention to the noise and the cars in the arena though.

You ended up falling asleep about halfway through the derby!

DAY TO DAY JUNE 20...

So lately you have been hitting a lot of mile stones in just a few short months.  You have started walking around everything you can pull yourself up to.  You climbed the stairs with Daddy following you all the way to the top.  You are saying many different words and you watch our mouths very intently to try and say more.  You can say "dog, cat, mom, dad, grass but you say gas, go go go...."  and you attempt many more.  You are getting so smart.  You are starting to attempt to stand on your own.  You stood by yourself yesterday with daddy behind you and then leaned against him when you couldn't do it on your own any longer. 

1ST OUCH!! :(

You can't see it very well from the picture, but this turned out to be an immediate goose egg and you can see how it bruised and left a huge mark.  Lucky it didn't bleed. She was a little traumatized.  Poor thing! :( I guess there are a lot more of these to come since she is on the loose...

p.s. I 'm working on figuring out what is wrong with all the vidoe's I have uploaded so hopefully I can get them working.

May 2nd.

You love to clap.  You started clapping this time without us telling you to because you heard clapping on the tv.  Your so smart! 

You love it when Daddy plays with you! 

You have no fear child... it scares me for the future;)

You are crawling like crazy and getting faster everyday!  You are very mobile and we finally got a gate to keep you from the stairs.

Daddy and Kennadee being silly.

I know what you are going to say.... what in the world happened to you!!! 

It's called a mobile 9 month old.  Time has just flown by the past few months.  Miss Kennadee is crawling all over  the place and is fast too.  I had to post today and I will get to posting pictures and updates soon hopefully. 
This morning you pulled yourself up to one of your dresser drawers that I was pulling clothes out of and you stood up like a big girl and then not only did you accomplish that you looked at Mommy and let go with both hands and stood there on your own for a few seconds!!!!!  You fell back on your little bum and looked up at me and grinned from ear to ear!!  You are so cute when you know you have accomplished something you get so excited and wave your hands in the air and clap.  You are growing up way to fast.  We think you will be walking by the time your birthday comes around.  :)

First Weenie Roast April 2012

 Every year we as a family get together at G-ma and G-pa Youngs house for the Annual Weenie roast.  We roast hot dogs and now Eclair's after G-pa burns the branches from pruning for the spring. We love this tradition and excuse to get together with all the family.

Making Eclair's, new tradition brought into the family by Lonnie, it was a hit and everyone loves them!

Day to Day April 16...

So here are a few pictures to update for April.

You love chewing on your bottom lip right now we think it is because it feels good on your gums with your tooth coming in and a possible 2nd one peeking through. 

You are so cute when you are sleeping I had to take a picture.  You love having a blanky to snuggle with and one of your soft stuffed animals to cuddle with as well.  You are starting to be a good side sleeper, but you toss and turn alot and kick.  Usually we find you in the opposite end of the crib then when we laid you down.

You had your first big girl bath in the bath tub last week.  You really like watching the water fill up in the tub and play with your toys and the bubbles.  You love to splash!

You love playing with your Daddy!!  Watching The Voice one of our new must see shows.

You were starting to get good and scooting around on your belly and I caught you in mid action!  I love this shot!!

Mommy and your Aunt's made birthday balloon wreaths.  You wanted to play with us so Daddy blew up a balloon for you to play with.  Aunt Stacey was soooo worried you were going to pop it as you can see in the pictures.  You loved it! 

Found a picture of  me at your same age right now.  Love those cheeks, you took after your mommy for sure!!

Daddy's little project for the past several weeks has been to hatch baby chicks from the eggs we get from his brothers chickens, he found a incubator in his Dad's barn and thought he would see if he could do it.

You love the baby chicks and get sooo excited whenever you hear them and see them, you know exactly where to look when we ask you where the baby chicks are...you are soooo smart!

I love how excited you get over little things!!  You love your blankets and your toys and get so excited with anything new that we show you. 

You dediced that you like blowing bubbles and tried it while you were eating dinner one day.  Dad had to take a picture of your face after you did it...you weren't sure what just happened.  To funny!!

You are getting to be such a big girl, you love sitting in the cart all by yourself so you can see everything around you!!
